Ronald Marcell
is a Senior Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Ronald is currently assigned to ICE’s Counter Proliferation Investigative (CPI) Headquarters Division. As a member of the CPI unit, Ronald is responsible for supporting national and international investigations involving the proliferation of export controlled technology from the United States. Ronald has been a federal law enforcement officer for over twenty years, with tours in the U.S. Border Patrol, Immigration and Naturalization Service, U.S. Customs Service, and ICE. During this time Ronald has worked along the Southwest border, Mexico and Headquarters, investigating Immigration, Narcotics, Fraud and Counter Proliferation related violations. Ronald attended the University of Texas at El Paso majoring in finance, has attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center’s Criminal Investigators Training Program, ICE’s Criminal Investigators Training, U.S. Border Patrol Academy, Basic Police training.
